We offer customized integration for all the Orion Products (SAM, NPM, NTA, NCM, DPA, IPAM, and other SolarWinds® products) as we understand a SolarWinds® Solution is not a one-size fits all situation.

The SME will evaluate the system operation, how the instance is being used, shortcomings with deployment, configuration issues, and general best practices for operating a Solar- Winds Solution within the Customers specific Environment.

Professional Services

  Professional Service is for those customers needing extended assistance with their So- larWinds deployment over the course of a year. Professional Service from a Solar- Winds SME range from 1920 hours to 240 hours. These services include:
  Architecture and Design Deployments
  Training on currently licensed products
  Traveling to customer sites to provide in house consultations
  Working with organizations service desk, operation centers, and IT groups on using SolarWinds daily to complement current workflow
  Promote the use of Automation using SolarWinds
  Promote Network Management Solution health
  Provide documentation and operating procedures
